Our Services
Employee Assistant Programs (On-Site & Virtual)
Our EAPs are aimed at creating and cultivating a culture of well-being at your workplace. Unlike once off, monthly, or quarterly wellness days, our EAPs are measurable, highly effective and guarantee desired outcomes.
Our EAPs consist of four main programs, which are:
Health Risk Identification
Our professionals will visit your workplace frequently to carry out health assessments, interpret the results and provide solutions where necessary.
Physical Activity, Exercise and Exercise to Music
Our qualified coaches will frequently visit your workplace on agreed dates, to carry out fitness classes at your workplace or agreed venue.
Nutrition, Diet and Weight Management
To achieve one’s health and wellness
goals, it is almost impossible to separate exercise and nutrition. Therefore the fitness coaches will be accompanied by a nutrition professional to offer healthy eating advice.
Mental Well-being (focus on stress, anxiety, depression and substances)
A mental health professional will visit
your site to offer 1:1 counselling and
assessments were necessary.




Our Services
Group Lunch & Learn Lessons
Our lunch and learn sessions offer a sociable, collaborative alternative to top-down or classroom-based learning. This makes them a great way to foster a culture of learning and knowledge sharing in your organization or group. This can encourage teamwork and cooperation, and help to break down silos.
Sessions are between 45-60 minutes, just pick a health and wellness topic of your interest, create your group and we will do the rest. We provide healthy lunch dishes for all our attendants at no extra cost.





Our Services
Workplace Wellness Center (Setup)
Our workplace wellness centers are tailor-made to the organization’s needs. Our premium package, depending on the space available at your organization, would consist of a gym area, relaxation and massage area, and a nutrition and health assessments area. However, the employer is free to opt for what is relevant to them.
The setting up is free of charge, and all the equipment will remain property of Miles Jacob Wellness. The employer will decide who uses the facility and will be billed on a monthly basis. All professional coaches and trainers will be supplied by Miles Jacob Wellness.

This course has level 1-3, theory and practical assessments and certificates are only issued to those who complete the course successfully.

Health & Fitness Family Retreats
Exercise has innumerable physical and psychological benefits including enhanced fitness and heart health, greater strength, better weight management, improved sleep, and reduced stress.
Meanwhile, families who keep fit with each other see their attachment, social development, and emotional management skills improve. We have four health and fitness Family retreats throughout the year, and these are open to everyone. Our retreats give parents an opportunity to act as role models to their children. Child Obesity Prevention Programs
Child health is one of the top priorities of any parent, right next to creating a fun childhood and getting a good education. Our child obesity prevention programs can not only help maintain or improve a child’s health, but they can allow them to have more fun in their childhood and even have a positive impact on their education.
Our child obesity prevention programs start in schools, where both parents and children are asked to attend these events.
After health screening and fitness testing, children who are overweight or obese are immediately asked to join the program. We also have a private program that allows us to work with your child on a 1:1 basis either by using our door-to-door service or by inviting him or her to our wellness studio.
It can be a challenge to encourage children to eat vegetables and fruits every day. Our child obesity prevention program helps teach children healthy eating habits and how to stay active early in life.

Youth Mentoring & Substance Abuse Prevention
Miles Jacob Wellness offers a youth mentoring program aimed at introducing teenagers to new experiences and sharing positive values. Our mentors are there to help youth avoid negative behaviors and
achieve success.
Our youth mentoring program is currently available in Swaziland, Zimbabwe, and Mozambique and it was initiated by Coach Miles.

Physical Activity
Attendees will be involved in different types of exercise including exercise to music.
Attendees will learn the importance of physical activity on their physical wellness and also the different types of exercises and their functions.

Diet & Nutrition
Attendees will learn the basics of eating healthy, including different diets for different functions. Attendees will also learn how to shop healthy, including understanding how to read food labels and also how to prepare healthy meals.

Life Coaching
Attendees will learn:
- The power and importance of prayer
- The process of effective goal setting
- Improving self-discipline
- Career choice guidance and understanding your calling
- How to improve relationships
- Self-esteem and confidence-boosting techniques
